We are looking for a high-ownershipCluster Team Lead (Manager Level) who can managemultiple Team Leads (TLs) and drive performance across alarge inside sales cluster of 6080 telesales executives .
This isNOT an individual contributor or TL role.
You willlead TLs , managecluster P&L , drivedaily sales operations , and ensurepredictable revenue outcomes .
Ideal for aSales Manager / Cluster Manager in a high-velocity B2B inside-sales environment.
- Manage67 Team Leads , each handling 1012 reps (total 6080 inside sales executives)
- Drive TL performance viadaily reviews, coaching, escalations & discipline
- Ensurehiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new TLs and executives
- Owncluster revenue targets and drive monthly & quarterly closures
- Rundaily cluster-level standups, pipeline reviews, and forecasting
- Ensurehigh-quality follow-ups, talk time, and lead management
- StrengthenCRM compliance and forecasting accuracy across all TLs
- Reviewrep and TL-level KPIs every day and fix gaps immediately
- EnsureSOP adherence , pitch consistency, and script optimisation
- Coach TLs on:
- call quality & listening
- objection handling
- time management
- closure strategies
- Conductweekly coaching sessions and build a performance-driven culture
- Handlehigh-value customer escalations
- Managestuck deals and unblock TLs
- Ensurezero leakages of leads and CRM flows
- 59 years total experience in inside sales
- 3+ years managing Team Leads
- Must have ledat least 4080 inside sales reps through TLs
- Experience inB2B sales / SME sales / SaaS / telecom / fintech preferred
- Experience inhigh-velocity calling environments (100300 calls/day per rep)
- Strong revenue ownership mindset
- High discipline in daily reviews & execution
- Excellent people management & tough conversations
- Ability to identify performance issues early and fix them fast
- Strong command over CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot/LeadSquared/Salesforce)
- Comfort withExcel / MIS and daily dashboards
- Ability to maintainhigh energy and motivation across the floor
- Cluster revenue achievement vs target
- TL performance (productivity, follow-ups, call quality)
- Forecasting accuracy
- Lead utilization & hygiene
