About the Role:

Techno Sportswear Private Limited is looking for a Cluster Visual Merchandiser to drive creativity and innovation in our stores.You will be responsible for executing visual merchandising (VM) strategies across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store merchandise layouts

Implement VM guidelines across 5-8 stores in your assigned area

Lead new store setups and ensure a seamless brand experience

Manage seasonal product launches and promotional brand activities

Collaborate with vendors, operations teams, and store managers for effective VM execution

Train and develop store teams on VM concepts & guidelines

Maintain and manage VM assets while optimizing costs

Travel to stores regularly to maintain high visual standards and provide feedback

What You Need:

Education: Graduate in Design/Fashion
