The Cluster Manager will play a crucial role in Kotak Mahindra Bank's TASC & INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS department. They will be responsible for overseeing a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring effective strategies are in place to meet business goals, and fostering long-term relationships with key institutional clients. • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth and market share within the retail institutions segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
