Cluster Manager-Micro Mortgages - Bhilwara

Business/ Financials

1. Daily/ Weekly /Monthly monitoring of the accomplishment of targets according to the annual/monthly targets established for the area and branches under his/her responsibility to provide guidance and solutions to his/her team as required

2. Supports Loan Officers- in his/her area in their duties of client visits, risk assessment and recovery strategies

3. Efficient staffing by timely recruitment & training

4. Supports Relationship Officers- in his/her area in their duties of client visits, risk assessment and recovery strategies

5. Should be ready to travel extensively across the cluster of control for business requirements

Customer (Both Internal & External)

6. Ensure that customers are aware of the Product and services properly

7. Ensure that customers are explained about the Terms & Conditions of Product

8. Focus on lower TAT as per laid down standards.

Internal Process

9. Monitor health of portfolio

10. Ensure compliance with lending guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements; ensure speedy resolution of any audit observations and take necessary steps to prevent recurrence audit and other regulations.

11. Ensure, supervise the correct implementation of the credit procedures including all the respective tools

Innovation & Learning

12. Ensure goal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal process within specified timelines for self and reportees

13. Evaluate the staff competences in terms of promotion, business assessment and credit risk assessment capacity and propose solutions for improvement

14. Expected to be updated with all new improvement & innovations happening in the market and competitors

15. Should be updated with the latest trends in civic and local laws of the territory of operation
