Cluster Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Cluster Manager to lead multiple Uni Seoul stores across Pune and nearby regions . This role requires strong commercial ownership, operational rigor, and people leadership to consistently deliver Uni Seouls brand promise and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

• Drive sales performance and achieve targets across assigned stores.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and execute timely corrective actions.
• Partner with leadership on promotions, pricing, and growth initiatives.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Deliver consistent, customer-first store experiences.
• Ensure strong brand representation across service, visuals, and ambience.
• Manage escalations and build customer loyalty.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure SOP adherence, inventory accuracy, audits, and store discipline.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cash controls, and loss prevention standards.

People Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Build a performance-driven culture and pipeline of future leaders.

Market Insights & Reporting

• Monitor local market trends and competition.
• Share actionable insights and performance reports to improve profitability.

What Youll Bring

• 38 years of multi-store retail or area management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales in high-footfall environments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby locations
