Job Title: Area Manager Bangalore (Bellandur & New Bell Road)

Company: Solastaa Hair & Skin Salon

Location: Bangalore (Bellandur + New Bell Road)

Experience Required: 45 years (Bangalore market experience mandatory)

Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month + 5,000 travel allowance

About the Role

Solastaa Hair & Skin Salon is hiring an Area Manager to lead and grow two Bangalore stores: Bellandur and New Bell Road. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing teams, improving customer retention, ensuring operational excellence, and coordinating with Health & Glow teams (as our stores operate inside Health & Glow).


Key Responsibilities

1) Sales and Business Growth

  • Drive monthly revenue targets for both stores
  • Improve conversions, average billing value, and service mix
  • Ensure strong rebooking and upselling practices across teams
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance and take corrective action quickly

2) Team Management and Hiring

  • Hire, train, and manage store teams across both locations
  • Conduct weekly staff reviews and performance check-ins
  • Build a disciplined, sales-focused, service-oriented team culture
  • Ensure employee retention through motivation, coaching, and clear accountability

3) Customer Retention and Relationship Management

  • Increase client retention ratio and repeat customer visits
  • Personally connect with customers who have not returned and bring them back
  • Ensure follow-up systems for rebooking, feedback, complaints, and service recovery
  • Maintain high customer experience standards consistently

4) Store Operations and Audits

  • Ensure smooth store operations and strict SOP compliance
  • Manage and close store audits, checklists, and operational controls
  • Maintain store cleanliness, aesthetics, hygiene, and grooming standards
  • Ensure service quality and customer experience is premium at all times

5) Local Promotions, Tie-ups, and Area Activities

  • Plan and execute nearby area promotions to increase footfall
  • Build society, corporate, and local business tie-ups
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for store-level campaigns and conversions

6) Reporting and Analysis (Zenoti + Excel)

  • Strong hands-on capability in Zenoti for reporting and business tracking
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly business reports: sales, footfall, conversion, retention, staff productivity
  • Use Excel to analyze trends and take action based on insights

7) Coordination with Health & Glow Teams

  • Coordinate daily operations and alignment with Health & Glow teams
  • Ensure store readiness, discipline, and smooth collaboration within the premises


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 45 years of experience in salon/retail/service business management in Bangalore
  • Strong people management skills (most important requirement)
  • Target-driven with strong sales mindset and execution ability
  • Good communication in English and Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage)
  • Well-versed with Zenoti (billing, scheduling, CRM, reporting)
  • Strong in Excel and performance reporting
  • Presentable, professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
