QuikBoys is a hyperlocal last-mile delivery platform connecting

customers with local vendors across Hyderabad and Bangalore. We

are hiring Cluster Managers to lead on-ground operations across

our expanding hub network.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily delivery operations across all hubs in your cluster

- Recruit, onboard and manage Hub Captains and delivery partners

- Drive vendor acquisition and maintain vendor relationships

- Ensure order fulfilment, SLA adherence and customer satisfaction

- Report cluster-level performance metrics to the Operations Head

- Identify new hub locations and vendor opportunities

Requirements:

- Freshers welcome we will train you!

- Any graduate / undergraduate with a go-getter attitude

- Strong communication skills in English and local language

- Good local area knowledge (Hyderabad or Bangalore)

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground startup environment
