Role Overview
The Cluster Head Marketing & Branding will be responsible for driving brand visibility, patient acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple hospital units in the Hyderabad cluster. The role involves strategic planning, execution, team leadership, and close coordination with unit heads, doctors, and corporate teams .
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute cluster-level marketing & branding strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Drive brand positioning and consistency across all units in the cluster
- Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns
- Ensure strong visibility for key specialties, doctors, and services
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid campaigns, SEO, ORM, website content, and lead generation
- Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize ROI and patient conversions
- Coordinate with agencies for campaigns, creatives, and media planning
Patient Acquisition & Business Growth
- Drive IP/OP footfall growth through targeted campaigns
- Support service line growth (Cardiac, Ortho, Oncology, IVF, Mother & Child, etc.)
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient insights
Referral & Outreach Marketing
- Strengthen doctor referral networks and institutional tie-ups
- Lead corporate marketing, health camps, CMEs, and outreach programs
- Build relationships with consultants and key stakeholders
Internal Branding & Communications
- Oversee internal branding, communication, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure effective communication of brand values and campaigns across units
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor unit marketing teams across the cluster
- Coordinate with unit heads, medical directors, doctors, and operations teams
- Manage agencies, vendors, and partners
Budget & Compliance
- Plan and manage marketing budgets at cluster level
- Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and brand guidelines
- Track campaign effectiveness and present regular MIS reports

- Proven experience managing multi-location hospital marketing
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, patient journeys, and CRM
