Cluster Manager (Franchise Business)

Location: We are hiring across multiple locations such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, etc.

Role:

Drive performance, profitability, and operational excellence across franchise-operated dark stores. Manage partner governance, SLAs, manpower, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Single POC for franchise partners

* Relationship building

* Weekly/monthly governance & performance reviews

* Improve store P&L, SLAs, availability & wastage

* Ensure SOP, audit & compliance adherence

* Fix roster, attendance, inventory & process gaps

* Support new store onboarding & readiness

* Cross Functional Coordination with Growth/Category/Supply Chain/HR teams

* Reduce shrinkage, damages & operational risks

Requirements:

* 37 yrs in Q-commerce/FMCG/retail ops or franchise mgmt

* Strong partner management & execution skills

* Good analytical ability (dashboards & KPIs)

* Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
