Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Restaurants with deep expertise in ethnic food concepts and franchise-led business expansion . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling franchise-owned, company-operated (FOCO/COCO ) restaurant models, driving profitability, and building strong operational frameworks across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, growth, and operations of ethnic restaurant brands
• Drive franchise business expansion , including market entry, partner selection, and outlet launches
• Oversee company-operated and franchise-operated outlets , ensuring brand consistency and quality
• Develop and execute growth plans for new store openings across India
• Manage P&L , budgeting, cost controls, and profitability at brand and outlet levels
• Build and mentor regional, operations, and corporate teams
• Standardize SOPs, food quality, hygiene, service standards , and compliance
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for brand building and efficiency
• Ensure scalability of systems, processes, and vendor partnerships

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in ethnic restaurant business
• Strong background in franchise expansion and multi-unit operations
• Hands-on experience with franchise-owned, company-operated business models
• Exposure to QSR / Casual Dining / Premium concepts preferred
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
