Job Description
| ü Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the Cluster |
| ü Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the Cluster |
| ü Cluster headcount budget to be maintained |
| ü Should ensure that the Cluster complies with Bank’s policies and processes |
| ü Ensure that the Cluster follows the BEST Document |
| ü Ensure BELT meetings are conducted periodically in his Cluster |
| ü Team Motivation and Team Building |
| ü Ensure timely Learning and Development for his Cluster |
| ü Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services |
| ü Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the Cluster and for various product and services |
| ü Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards |
| ü Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms |
| ü Monitor and ensure the Upkeep of the Branches and ATMs within the Cluster |
| ü Ensure timely submission of MIS reports |
