- Planning, budgeting, delivery and quality of TMU factories.
- Responsible for ensuring manufacturing standards of high quality, quantity and productivity set for all the TMU factories.
- Plan, implement and review manufacturing strategy of TMU factories for the cluster.
- Plan, monitor and control budget, inventory, overheads, resources for all TMU factories.
- Plan, implement and review the sourcing and capacity plan with high focus on cost effectiveness, high quality and improvement for all TMU factories.
