Job Title: Cluster Head Real Estate (SoBo)
Location: South Bombay (SoBo), Mumbai- (Reporting office Bandra BKC)
Role Summary:
The Cluster Head will lead and manage premium real estate operations across the South Bombay (SoBo) micro-market. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing high-value client relationships, overseeing channel partners, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved across luxury and ultra-luxury residential/commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Drive sales strategy for luxury real estate projects in SoBo
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Monitor sales funnel, conversions, and inventory movement
- Identify new revenue opportunities in ultra-premium segments
2. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of sales managers and relationship managers
- Set KPIs and track individual/team performance
- Conduct regular training on luxury sales and client handling
3. Channel Partner Management
- Build and manage relationships with top brokers and channel partners in SoBo
- Drive partner activations, closures, and engagement programs
- Ensure strong broker network penetration in key micro-markets (Malabar Hill, Worli, Lower Parel, etc.)
4. Client Relationship Management
- Handle HNI/UHNI clients and investors
- Provide consultative selling for high-ticket transactions
- Ensure exceptional client experience throughout the buying cycle
5. Market Intelligence
- Track SoBo real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Provide insights to leadership on demand-supply gaps
- Identify upcoming opportunities and key inventory movements
6. Developer & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with developers for inventory allocation and pricing
- Ensure timely updates on project availability, offers, and compliance
- Manage exclusive mandates (if applicable)
7. Strategy & Business Development
- Expand footprint in SoBo micro-markets
- Launch new projects and oversee go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with marketing for targeted luxury campaigns
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 15+ years in real estate sales (preferably luxury segment)
- Strong experience in South Mumbai market
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Deep understanding of SoBo micro-markets
- HNI/UHNI client handling expertise
- Strong broker network
Education:
- MBA / Graduate (preferred but not mandatory)
