Role Overview
The Cluster Head will be responsible for leading and scaling real estate operations across multiple zones/branches within a cluster. This role owns P&L, revenue growth, team performance, and customer experience, while ensuring strong compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue
- Own end-to-end P&L for the assigned cluster
- Drive topline growth through primary & secondary sales, leasing, and allied services
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Improve conversion ratios, average ticket size, and productivity metrics
- Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Managers, Branch Heads, and Sales Managers
- Drive hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Build a high-performance, target-driven sales culture
- Conduct regular reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management
Operations & Process
- Ensure SOP adherence across sales, site visits, bookings, and closures
- Drive CRM discipline and data accuracy
- Coordinate with central teams (marketing, product, legal, finance, home loans)
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions
Customer Experience
- Ensure best-in-class customer journey across buying, selling, and leasing
- Handle escalations and high-value client negotiations
- Maintain strong NPS and customer satisfaction scores
Market Intelligence
- Track local market trends, pricing, and competition
- Launch new projects and expand NoBrokers footprint in the cluster
- Provide regular insights and strategic inputs to leadership
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong P&L and revenue ownership experience
- Deep understanding of residential real estate markets
- Proven ability to scale multi-city or multi-branch operations
- Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management
- Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset
- High negotiation and closure capability
