Role and Responsibilities

Tracking of electricity consumption and implement energy saving initiative
Create preventive maintenance plans and ensure execution at the store level
Ensuring upkeep of the equipment of the stores assigned
Improvement in the MTBR and MTBF of the equipments
HOTO process and snag identification of the project fit outs sites
Conducting safety audits at stores
Ensuring firefighting and fire protection system of store is working fine as per standards
Ensuring deep cleaning of the store
Management of HK, Security and Maintenance manpower at the stores
Creating a safe and secure environment at the store for internal as well as external customers
Tracking and coordinating for the business licenses.
Ensuring footfall counting system is working properly in the store
Ensuring biometric system is working properly in the stores
Conducting monthly audits at the store

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Diploma/ITI with Supervisor license in Electrical or Mechanical stream
