About the Role

Anytime Fitness Chembur is looking for a dynamic and service-driven Club Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our premium fitness club. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership with a passion for fitness, member experience, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end club operations and deliver an exceptional member experience

Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high service and performance standards

Ensure the facility meets brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation

Drive membership acquisition, retention, and overall business growth

Manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize operational efficiency

Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to boost brand visibility and community engagement

Ensure compliance with all operational and safety guidelines

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or service-led environments

Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills

Commercial mindset with a focus on member satisfaction and service excellence
