Cloverleaf Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the endtoend upgrade of the Cloverleaf Integration Engine from legacy versions to 2025.01, including environment preparation, installation assistance, configuration updates, compatibility checks, and issue resolution.
• Analyze existing Cloverleaf interfaces including Xlates, UPoCs, TCL scripts, routing rules, thread/process configurations, secure courier settings, and protocol parameters to identify required modifications for compatibility with 2025.01.
• Refactor, enhance, or rewrite interface components as needed to ensure stable operation postupgrade and to take advantage of new features or improvements in Cloverleaf 2025.01.
• Execute and support regression, functional, volume, and failover testing to validate interface behavior after migration.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Cloverleaf interfaces using Xlate, TCL scripting, and core Cloverleaf tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HL7, X12, XML, JSON, batch, and realtime data exchanges within upgraded and legacy environments.
• Monitor interface and engine performance, analyze logs, and apply optimizations to improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
• Collaborate closely with integration architects, clinical application teams, infrastructure engineers, and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute upgrade activities.
• Contribute to solution design, mapping logic, data transformation workflows, and integration patterns for improved performance after upgrading.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications, configuration changes, migration steps, test results, and operational procedures.
• Ensure all development and upgrade activities comply with SDLC processes, version control standards, and organizational change management practices.
• Provide golive and postupgrade support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and finetuning of upgraded Cloverleaf environments

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of handson experience with Infor Cloverleaf Integration Engine.
• Strong proficiency in Xlate, UPoC development, TCL scripting, NetConfig, threads/process management, and SMAT file handling.
• Solid understanding of HL7 v2.x, X12, XML, JSON, and other healthcare data formats.
• Experience with interface debugging, performance tuning, and rootcause analysis.
• Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments commonly used for Cloverleaf deployments.
• Familiarity with source control tools (Git), SDLC processes, and CI/CD practices.
• Prior involvement in Cloverleaf version upgrades (any version).
• Experience with SSL/TLS, secure courier configurations, or Cloverleaf security hardening.
• Healthcare integration experience with EHRs, LIS, RIS, billing, or ancillary systems.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field.
