Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Client OS Patching Administration Mobile Device Management Device Management Intune OS Imaging with MS MDT and Desktop Management using SCCM. Experience in the Airlines domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the administration of Windows Client OS patching to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
  • Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management solutions to ensure seamless integration and security of mobile devices.
  • Utilize Device Management Intune to manage and secure end-user devices across the organization.
  • Perform OS imaging using MS MDT to deploy and maintain standardized operating system environments.
  • Administer and manage SCCM for desktop management ensuring efficient software deployment and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on cloud-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly within the Airlines domain.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of cloud infrastructure to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored cloud solutions.

  • Possess strong experience in Windows Client OS Patching Administration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Mobile Device Management and Device Management Intune.
  • Have hands-on experience with OS Imaging using MS MDT.
  • Show proficiency in Desktop Management and SCCM administration.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Airlines domain and its specific requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
