As a Cloud Support Engineer , you will be the backbone of our customer success. You will manage and optimize sophisticated cloud environments, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . This isn't just a "ticketing" roleyou will be troubleshooting microservices, managing Kubernetes clusters, and ensuring the security of AI-integrated workloads.

• Incident Management: Drive end-to-end resolution of technical issues, providing the First Meaningful Response (FMR) and maintaining strict adherence to SLAs/SLOs .
• Cloud Operations: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL).
• System Administration: Manage Linux-based environments, including log analysis, networking, and permissions.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and audit Cloud Security fundamentals, including IAM , firewall rules, and VPC configurations.
• Automation: Utilize Python or Bash to automate repetitive tasks and improve system observability.
• Collaboration: Work within ITSM frameworks (Jira/ServiceNow) to manage Changes, Problems, and Service Requests in a 24/7 shift model .

• Experience: 13 years in a Cloud Support, SRE, or Technical Support role (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Google Cloud: Strong familiarity with GCP Services (VPC, IAM, GCS, Pub/Sub).
• Containers: Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (GKE) .
• OS/Scripting: Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Bash or Python ).
• Databases: Exposure to SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL ) and NoSQL (MongoDB ).
• ITSM Tools: Experience with Jira Service Management , Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a "Customer-First" mindset.
