Primary skill - SCCM MS Intune (Must) Secondary skill - Windows 10 & Windows 11 5+ years of knowledge & experience in handling SCCM Infra end to end.
Skills to adopt best practices and processes for day-to-day work from task assignment to completion.
Provide support to Deployment team with queries regarding deployment settings deployment errors Dynamic collection creation etc.
Hands on experience in SCCM collection creations by all possible ways.
Upgrade SCCM infra to current branch version every half yearly.
Hands on experience in Software metering & Compliance settings.
Handling Client health monitoring & troubleshoot issues on unhealthy clients.
Knowledge on SCCM administration components such as Boundary group Distribution points Boundaries Site configurations. Knowledge on ADR & Third-party software update catalogues.
Knowledge on SCCM built-in report generation.
Knowledge on generating SCCM reports using SQL queries.
Knowledge on Client-side policies & configuring client settings.
Knowledge on Co-management workloads using SCCM.
Knowledge on Azure AD concepts.
Knowledge on various services in Intune such as Configuration profile Azure AD group creations Windows update for Business Asset management Autopilot builds etc.
Good hands on managing different environments Dev QA and Prod.
