Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM GCP Cloud Audit Logs SPFx PowerShell scripting and Proofpoint Cloud App SB. Strong decision-making and writing skills are essential. This role involves working in a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Exchange Online Administration (8 years experience).
  • Proofpoint Administration (6 years experience).
  • PowerShell Scripting (6 years demonstrated experience).
  • Retention Policies (Litigation Hold e-discovery).
  • Mail routing connector.
  • Hybrid Mail Flow.
  • DMARK SPF DKIM.
  • Message Trace Sentinal Audit Logs.
  • ServiceNow ITSM Experience.
  • Mailbox Migration using native and 3rd party tools.
  • Understanding of differences between licenses (e3 f3 etc).
  • Advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • System configuration and optimization.
  • Implementing new features and updates.
  • Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Coordinating with vendors for complex issues.
