Job Summary
We are seeking a Cloud Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Exchange Online Administration MS Exchange Admin M365 Messaging and Messaging Migration. This role involves designing and implementing messaging services specifically within the Hi-Tech domain. The position requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the companys goals and impact society positively.
Responsibilities
Lead the administration and management of MS Exchange Online to ensure seamless communication across the organization.Oversee the migration of messaging services to M365 ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.Design and implement robust messaging services that align with the companys strategic goals.Provide expert support for MS Exchange Admin tasks ensuring all systems are running optimally.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance messaging capabilities and drive innovation.Monitor and troubleshoot messaging systems to maintain high availability and performance.Develop and maintain documentation for messaging services to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.Conduct regular audits of messaging systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Implement security measures to protect messaging services from unauthorized access and data breaches.Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance messaging services and recommend improvements.Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong and knowledgeable team.Engage with stakeholders to understand their messaging needs and provide tailored solutions.Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring reliable and efficient communication systems. QualificationsPossess strong expertise in MS Exchange Online Administration and MS Exchange Admin.Demonstrate proficiency in M365 Messaging and Messaging Migration.Have experience in designing and implementing messaging services.Show a deep understanding of the Hi-Tech domain.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies.
