Brilyant IT is looking for a high-performing Cloud Sales Specialist to accelerate our growth across the Indian enterprise and mid-market segments. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure and services, transforming complex client needs into high-value cloud solutions.
As a specialist, you will act as the commercial lead, working in tandem with our Cloud Presales and delivery team to design winnable strategies that encompass migration, modernization, and managed services.
- Revenue Generation: Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing strategic deals, consistently meeting or exceeding order booking and revenue targets
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive account penetration plans for high-potential startups and established enterprise accounts in India
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders, articulating the business value of cloud transformation, TCO benefits, and ROI
- Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner closely with hyperscaler account teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) and internal delivery teams to craft winning proposals and manage joint-selling opportunities
- Market Expansion: Identify new use cases for emerging technologies, including GenAI, Agentic AI, and advanced data analytics, to drive consumption growth
- Commercial Management: Lead commercial and legal negotiations, overseeing complex customized agreements and bid preparations in the Indian market context
- Experience: 58 years of professional experience in technology sales, with at least 4 years specifically focused on selling cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Quota carrying experience is mandatory.
- Market Knowledge: A strong existing network and deep understanding of the Indian IT services, enterprise, and digital-native segments.
- Technical Literacy: A solid technical background (Engineering or Computer Science) that enables effective communication with both developers and IT architects.
- Consultative Selling: Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles for migration, modernization, and managed services projects.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and whiteboarding skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
- Cloud Certifications: Foundational or Business-level certifications from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Licensing Expertise: Familiarity with hyperscaler pricing models, programs, and broader licensing ecosystems like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Advanced Solutions: Experience selling AI/ML lifecycles, Generative AI services, or cloud-native security postures (CSPM).
