Summary: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. You will deploy infrastructure and platform environments, create a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. Your typical day will involve working on cloud application solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful deployment of cloud infrastructure and platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage incident management processes and ensure timely resolution of incidents. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather incident details and prioritize resolution. - Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive measures. - Develop and maintain incident management documentation and standard operating procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Experience in handling and resolving critical incidents in a timely manner. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
