Summary: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Your typical day will involve deploying infrastructure and platform environments, creating a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of cloud-based projects and driving innovation in cloud technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions. - Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform environments. - Perform architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications. - Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends. - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for cloud-based systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL Database Administration. - Strong understanding of database administration principles and best practices. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems. - Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for database systems. - Familiarity with database security and access control. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
