Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps and the ability to provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 : Creating CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps based on the Requirement using ARM templates, PowerShell, SQL and Octopus 2: Developing ARM templates and PowerShell modules 3: Collaborate with development and test teams to help automate a complex build and deployment system with Azure, GIT and Octopus/Ansible/ARM templates /PowerShell 4: Design the deployment Pipeline, setup activities that support the transition of application and infrastructure services from development through to production Professional & Technical Skills: 1: CI/CD with Azure DevOps using YAML 2: PowerShell / ARM Template/ MS Dot Net / JSON / MSSQL database / Git 3: Azure IaaS, PaaS, Service Fabric, Azure Kubernetes 4: Good hands-on experience developments in Azure DevOps create Build/Release Tasks, Extensions management 5: Good hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting technologies 6: Azure Environments builds design and implementation - using Octopus and Azure DevOps 7: Familiar with agile software development methodologies 8: Fluent in English in both oral and written communication 9: Individual must demonstrate a high level of business acumen; ability to get along well with diverse personalities Additional Information: - A 15 year full time education is required.
