Summary: As a Cloud Operations Administrator, you will work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments. You will ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency in cloud services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost efficiency. - Perform capacity management to meet the demands of cloud services. - Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to analyze billing and show back operations. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement strategies. - Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services to ensure smooth operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Experience with cloud management platforms and tools. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures. - Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools. - Familiarity with cloud security best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
