Summary: As a Cloud Operations Administrator, you will work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments. You will ensure the smooth operation of enterprise network operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure efficient capacity management. - Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to perform billing and show back operations. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement strategies to reduce cloud expenses. - Monitor and analyze cloud usage patterns to identify potential issues and recommend improvements. - Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues in the cloud environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Knowledge of cloud security best practices. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
