Project Role : Cloud Native Engineer
Project Role Description : Select and deploy appropriate cloud-native tools to accelerate application development. Knowledge of the target cloud-native tools is necessary, and this role can specialize in one specific native cloud, ex. Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.

Key Responsibilities: Cloud VDI operation managing Azure Virtual Desktop / WVD, FSLogix Designing and Implementation of Azure Virtual Desktop architecture Designing, developing, and debugging scalable End User Computing Solutions Azure Image creation/customization/upgrades Involvement in operations support at L1/L2 level Proficient Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems Implementing and configuration of user identities and profiles Creating managed pooled and personal VDI host pools Install and configure apps on a session host Host remote applications on hostpools using application Groups. Automate Windows Virtual Desktop management tasks Monitor performance of the various Azure VDI environments Ability to actively manage workloads to meet business and department requirements Technical Experience: Hands on experience in managing Azure cloud for more than 500 users Should have good knowledge on management/maintenance of Azure subscription Should have hands on experience in configuration and maintenance of Azure cloud infra. Configuration and monitoring of Azure log analytics Good troubleshooting skills related to applications / Operating system for end point devices Good knowledge on FSLogix Good knowledge on azure image management with shared / marketplace images Hands on experience in deployment of RDP clients and troubleshoot issues related to deployment/installation of RDP clients Good knowledge on Azure Virtual desktop (AVD / WVD) Should be willing to work in rotational shifts Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer management skills - should have experience in handling VIP/VVIP customers Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment Basic Understanding of Azure Storage account (File Shares). Professional Attributes- Ability to work independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations. Educational Qualification Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Computer Science Experience in providing Technical Support is desirable Experience of working with global customers is an asset AZ-900 Certification desirable or willing to achieve the certificate in desirable time. AZ-140 Certificate will be an advantage.
