Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and a strong background in analytics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our ERP systems and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.Provide technical expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to support various business functions.Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system enhancements.Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues proactively.Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure proper system usage.Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.Support data migration and integration efforts between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems.Utilize analytics skills to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ERP implementation and maintenance.Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle Cloud ERP and related technologies.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics.Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Show proficiency in system configuration and customization.Have experience in developing and delivering user training.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications Required
