JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Software Engineer, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications.
• The incumbent will report to Associate Director – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• DevOps engineers design and implement automated processes for CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), infrastructure provisioning, and other repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and speed. Candidate should be familiar with frontend technologies like API backends, Python.
• use tools like Terraform/Ansible/Azure ARM to manage infrastructure as code, enabling repeatable and automated deployments.
• Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation of infrastructure tasks.
• Implement Terraform for infrastructure as code to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes.
• Create Ansible Playbooks to automate CD deployment of various Archetypes
• Deliver Zero touch end to end server build automation through Terraform and Ansible for enterprise standard Tech Stacks
• Create, automate, package, document, and test the automated Continuous Deployment (CD) process
• Automate Infrastructure products, and work with the project teams to ensure the solution meets the business needs
• Automate repeated operational tasks through reusable standard Ansible galaxy roles and playbooks
• Provide onboarding support, troubleshooting issues and provide resolution for applications adopting the standard automation
• DevOps engineers implement monitoring and alerting systems to track system performance, identify issues, and ensure system reliability.
• troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• implement the best security practices, including automated security checks and secure code deployment. Should be able to create pipelines with Veracode & SonarQube integration
• collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth workflow and address issues effectively
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or in a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert / AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional .

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Experience with DevOps technology.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud along with Azure & AWS DevOps.
• Experience in Azure/AWS services product developments & Operations
