Technical
- 5+ years of Overall experience in AWS Cloud Technologies
- Proficient in Amazon Lex, Deep understanding of Lex features, capabilities, and limitations, AWS Ecosystem Knowledge
- Proficient in architecting and Developing AI BoT using AWS Gen AI platform (Bedrock , Sage Maker and all LLMs)
- Strong understanding of NLP and Gen AI concepts like intent classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis
- Proficient in Amazon Connect
- Experience in other AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
Behavioral Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
