Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Alibaba Cloud L3 Engineer with strong expertise in cloud architecture, implementation, migration, and advanced troubleshooting. The candidate will act as a technical SME, handle complex incidents, lead cloud implementations, and support business-critical workloads.

Operations & Support (Level 3 Level)

• Handle L3-level escalations, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Ensure SLA compliance and proactive issue resolution.
• Provide guidance to Level 1/Level 2 teams and review their work.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud (5+ years preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of:
• ECS, VPC, SLB, OSS, RDS
• Linux / Windows administration
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancer)
• Experience in migration and production environments
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have

• Alibaba Cloud Certification (ACP / ACE)
• Experience in multi-cloud environments
• Knowledge of Kubernetes / ACK
• Experience in telecom, BFSI, or enterprise environments
