Job Description

Validate and maintain the health of the Cloud VDI environment, ensuring consistent BAU operations.

Manage compliance tasks including patch management, antivirus deployment, proxy configurations, business-specific hardening etc. Ensure adherence to Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) processes and remediation efforts.

Enable and configure Cloud VDI infrastructure based on business requirements, managing end- to-end onboarding processes.

Oversee the management of Cloud VDI components such as storage, user profiles, monitoring etc.

Implement and test disaster recovery (DR), ensuring proper onboarding of DR capabilities. Manage backup process, ensuring data integrity and restoration processes for Cloud VDI environments.

Conduct Cloud VDI environment validation across multiple cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) for compatibility and performance.

Provide technical onboarding and support for the adoption of new Cloud VDI offerings from various cloud providers.

Monitor and optimize Cloud VDI performance metrics, ensuring optimal operation and user experience.

Develop and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Cloud VDI operations.

Manage cloud VDI image version upgrades, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Monitor system capacity and resource utilization to ensure scalability and efficient operation.

Deliver technical support for troubleshooting and resolving Cloud VDI-related issues.
