Mandatory: AWS Opensearch Migration experience is Non negotiable

3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in AWS OpenSearch Migration from On-prem ELK
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code(Terraform) with AWS
hands on with creation and automation of indexes, visuals, dashboards & allerts
3-6 years of experience with Linux
Strong Experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana,
Strong Experience in OpenSearch, Fluent Bit, OTEL collector
Hands-on experience with migrations to OpenSearch
Experience working within the GIT Flow model
Experience dealing and working within the Change Management Process\Model
Strong Experience in Migration and creation of Alerting and dashboards (ELk, OpenSearch)
Expertise in log management, Grok patterns, ILM policies, and Query DSL
Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda
Strong understanding of IAM, VPC, and cloud security best practices
CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions
Proven leadership in large-scale infrastructure migrations
Strong communication and crossteam collaboration abilities
Ability to work in fastpaced, dynamic environments.

Good to have :-
Experience working with Nginx for reverse proxying, load balancing, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of WebLogic administration, deployment automation, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with SOA concepts, integration patterns, and legacy service modernization.
Working knowledge of Oracle Database performance tuning, query optimization, and availability best practices.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancers
