We are hiring a Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design and enforce robust access control systems across our cloud environments.

This role is focused on access architecture, policy engineering, and production-grade cloud security.

Role Mandate

You will be responsible for designing and managing secure cloud environments with strict access controls, role segmentation, and policy enforcement across distributed infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

Design and implement IAM architecture

Develop fine-grained policy models using least-privilege principles

Define permission boundaries, SCPs (Service Control Policies), and conditional policies

Implement workload identity and service account isolation

Design cross-account access strategies and trust relationships

Implement secrets and key lifecycle governance (KMS, Secrets Manager, Vault, etc.)

Build automated access review and audit mechanisms

Secure CI/CD pipelines, container registries, and production deployments

Required Technical Depth

38 years in Cloud Security / IAM / Platform Engineering

Advanced IAM expertise

Strong understanding of:

Role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC / ABAC)

Policy evaluation logic and conditional access

Identity federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC)

Privilege escalation risks and mitigation

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

Deep understanding of Linux security fundamentals

Strong Differentiators

Experience designing multi-account cloud architectures

Exposure to high-security or compliance-oriented environments

Experience building centralized access governance frameworks

Understanding of key rotation and cryptographic access controls

Experience debugging IAM misconfigurations in production
