Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in O365 Encryption MSExchangeOnlineAdministration MSExchangeAdmin M365-Messaging M365 Messaging Migration and Design&ImplementMsgingSrvc. This role involves designing implementing and managing messaging services. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Design and implement messaging services to ensure efficient communication within the organization.Oversee the administration of MS Exchange and M365 Messaging platforms.Provide support for O365 Encryption to maintain data security and compliance.Manage MSExchangeOnlineAdministration to ensure seamless email operations.Conduct M365 Messaging Migration to upgrade and transition messaging systems.Monitor and troubleshoot messaging services to ensure high availability and performance.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate messaging services with other enterprise systems.Develop and maintain documentation for messaging services and related processes.Implement best practices for messaging security and data protection.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for messaging-related issues.Conduct regular audits and assessments of messaging services to identify and address potential risks.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in messaging technologies.Participate in planning and executing IT projects related to messaging services.
Qualifications
Possess strong knowledge and experience in O365 Encryption MSExchangeOnlineAdministration MSExchangeAdmin M365-Messaging M365 Messaging Migration and Design&ImplementMsgingSrvc.Have a good understanding of Service Desk operations is a plus.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of messaging technologies and best practices.Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Exhibit a customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing high-quality support.Have experience working in a hybrid work model and adapting to changing work environments.
