Snowflake Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake architecture and administration.

Experience designing Snowflake-native assets (UDFs, stored procedures, Snowpark, tasks, streams).

Knowledge of Snowflake performance tuning and cost optimization.

Understanding of security concepts (RBAC, masking policies, row-level security)

Experience with Snowflake Cortex functions.

Knowledge of LLM-based transformations within SQL.

Understanding of embeddings and vector search concepts.

Experience building AI-enriched data pipelines

Python Expertise

Strong proficiency in Python for building Snowflake assets.

Deep understanding of core data structures (lists, dictionaries, sets, tuples).

Knowledge of OOP concepts and clean code practices.

Experience creating utilities, reusable modules, and custom handlers.

Error handling, logging frameworks, and modular design.

Familiarity with packaging, dependency management, and virtual environments

Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Experience building AI utilities inside data platforms

Data Engineering Fundamentals

Strong SQL skills.

Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline design.

Knowledge of data modeling techniques.

Experience with data validation and quality frameworks.

Understanding of distributed data processing concepts.

AWS

Experience with S3, IAM, Lambda, Glue, CloudWatch.

Understanding of cloud security and networking basics.

Experience integrating Snowflake with AWS/AZURE data services.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Snowpark (Python).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, etc.).

Experience in building enterprise-grade data platforms.

Understanding data governance and compliance standards.

Experience
