Job Title: Cloud Contact Centre Architect AICC - Nice CX one implementation expert
Location: Chennai
Experience Range: 10yrs to 12yrs
· Responsible for Cloud Contact Center solution design (Genesys Cloud CX / NICE CXone / Amazon Connect / Five9)
· Layout approach for integrating Cloud Contact Center platforms with Enterprise Business Applications
· Conduct solution reviews to identify gaps and propose tangible recommendations
· Ability to ensure the solution is in compliance with customer's security standards
· Ability to callout risks (if any) at the early stage of the project
· Mentor / guide implementation team
