Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ARGUS Argus PL SQL Programming and Oracle Argus 8.x. Experience in OMICS Data Analysis is a plus. This role involves managing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals contributing to our mission of driving innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.Provide technical guidance on ARGUS Argus PL SQL Programming and Oracle Argus 8.x to project teams.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.Facilitate project meetings and ensure all action items are tracked and completed.Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve project goals.Utilize OMICS Data Analysis skills to enhance project outcomes and provide valuable insights.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in ARGUS Argus PL SQL Programming and Oracle Argus 8.x.Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving to address project challenges.Have experience in OMICS Data Analysis which is considered a valuable asset.Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Possess a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project issues.
