Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Mandatory Skill:-
Azure+Virtual Machines,Azure App Services and Azure Kubernetes Service/AKS+Terraform,"AWS CloudFormation"
4-8 Years of experience in multi-cloud Hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud Services and AWS. Must have cloud migration experience, either AWS to Azure or On-prem to Azure Proficient with Infrastructure as Code – strong preference for Bicep/Terraform knowledge is also valuable. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. Good understanding of FinOps principles and cost governance in the cloud. Working knowledge of DevSecOps tooling and security frameworks. Familiarity with DevOps practices, GitOps, ArgoCD/FluxCD (preferred). Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud performance and application-level issue

- Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below

- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
- Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team
