Your role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled DevOps Architect to drive our cloud transformation journey. This role is critical to building and maintaining scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in design and developing the infrastructure provisioning, optimizing cloud performance, and enabling faster, more reliable software delivery also focus on over downtime reduction and cost reduction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Designing and developing automating installations, CI/CD processes.
• Automate operational tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
• Designing and developing deployment tools on-premises and on-cloud.
• Improving organization product delivery process using and choosing new technologies.
• Support  Service team and developers build and deploy issues.
• Administrate the product CI pipelines. Responsible for automatic verification pipeline execution.
• Automating deployment and configuration (provide scripts/automation) for quality assurance automated verification pipelines.
• Monitor system performance and optimize for cost, security, and efficiency
• Work closely with developers in improving development environment, analysis tools and production tools for service engineers.
• Promote trust, openness and leverage external capabilities locally and globally
  Lead new technology adoption, industry best practices including cloud transition CI/CD processes and tools.
• Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers
• Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years hands-on experience as DevOps expertise with virtualization in enterprise environments

Be a source of expertise for Infrastructure, implementation and deployment of applications and tools.

You're the right fit if:

• AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
• Scripting language experience scripting Powershell / C# / / Python.
• Experience with Dockers and Container Orchestrator such as Kubernetes, Diego, Swarm - advantage.
• Cloud platform as a service experience with preferably to Cloud Foundry with AWS services.
• Experience with CI/CD running system with preferably to GitLab/TFS.
• TFS, Git, Jira and Confluence knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proven experience in using any Windows Installer authoring tool.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Preferred Advantage:
• Experience in Ansible, Maven, IaaS/Cloud infrastructure
• Experience in MSBuild, Wix, Installshield
• Experience in administrating TFS or TFS pipelines.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows, System and Network configurations; Win Registry, Software Installation, Active Directory and Scripting
• Strong knowledge of  windows and Linux OS.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
