Job Description

• 612 years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on AI/ML strategy and implementation
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions, preferably in financial services (compliance, surveillance, risk domains)
• Strong Python coding skills (mandatory)
• Hands-on design and development experience with Azure, Databricks, Spark
• Strong exposure to Agile, TDD, and DevOps practices
• Deep understanding of ML frameworks, MLOps, and Azure AI platforms
• Strong foundation in data science, statistics, and algorithmic modeling
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Vibe Coding for AI optimization and orchestration
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in banking and capital markets (good to have)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
