Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Teams Administration Basic IP Telephony and Collaboration using Microsoft Teams. This role involves designing and implementing cloud solutions that enhance communication and collaboration within the organization. The position is hybrid with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions to improve organizational communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft Teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for Microsoft Teams and IP Telephony systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud computing.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance cloud infrastructure.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate staff on using Microsoft Teams effectively.
  • Lead initiatives to improve collaboration and communication across the organization.
  • Analyze business requirements to design scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business goals.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing digital collaboration capabilities.

  • Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Administration and Collaboration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Basic IP Telephony systems.
  • Have a solid understanding of cloud architecture principles.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a relevant certification in cloud computing or Microsoft technologies.
