Expert in Troubleshooting configuring and managing Active Directory DS 2019 Client (DFSR and DFSN) AD FS and AD CS Sound knowledge and troubleshooting experience in managing large multi-forest Active Directory infrastructure Ability to collaborate and troubleshoot major incidents Expert level knowledge on Microsoft Entra ID Ability to design maintain and troubleshoot issues specific to SPNs Conditional access policies Configure and Manage AD FS
Responsibilities
Strong AD Migration Experience Entra ID connect upgrades Expert level knowledge on connecters metaverse and synchronization service Strong knowledge on AD FSMO roles and functional levels Plan design troubleshoot DNS and Group Policies Configure and Manage AD DS Sites and Replication Hands-on knowledge in various recovery scenarios of AD DNS Performance and or network trace analysis Troubleshooting Working knowledge in PowerShell scripting and automation Problem determination and resolution within SLA s Should be able to perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents Knowledge in Capacity Planning Handle L2 plus or L3 technical escalations Ability to acquire new skills and remain updated Ability to quickly analyse and diagnose technical problems Working knowledge on Windows Operating systems 3 level experience on Windows Operating systems Work with Local and Global Teams Ability to contribute to Problem and change management
