Brillio is looking for a seasoned Technical Lead / Architect Azure Cloud Infrastructure with a strong background in Windows and Linux environments to drive cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist with deep Azure expertise and strong infrastructure fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Azure-based infrastructure solutions across enterprise environments.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Manage and optimize Windows and Linux server environments in hybrid and cloud-native setups.
• Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives (on-prem to Azure).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud architecture standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and reliability frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and performance issues.

Required Skills

• 812 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering / Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, storage, compute).
• Solid hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience in Azure migrations, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (VNet, VPN, load balancers, firewalls).
• Exposure to infrastructure as code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep preferred).
• Knowledge of monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

Good to Have

• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks.
• Prior experience in a technical lead or architect role.
