Role-Cloud Administrator
Required Technical Skill Set-Cloud Administration Skillset on Azure, GCP and AWS, Windows, Linux, VMware Server Administration.

Terraform, Shell Scripting, Azure/GCP/AWS Cloud Administration
Good-to-Have
Integration/scripting Skill set of Ansible, Terraform and Gen AI.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
• Understanding of cloud-based services such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
• Work Experience on automation tools in the products and versions supported by the project (eg: Terraform, Scripts, Azure, GCP, AWS etc.)
• Work with Dev Ops, Automation and Server operations teams to identify automations that generate improvements in management and provisioning times for each of the services.
• Review and make the configurations and/or changes requested by the development teams on the different cloud pods created for the different services or platforms, in line with the policies, guidelines and controls defined by the project.
• Implement defined security guidelines and directives on the hosted applications in public cloud.
• Resolve incidents, problems and changes in accordance with the processes and procedures defined by the Project
• Proactively resolve failures, configurations and other exposures that may lead to performance problems or service continuity
• Automate and support the standardization of provisioning environments (IaC – Infrastructure as Code), PaaS (Platform as a Service) for agile development teams, incorporating all operational and security controls previously defined within the TCS.
• Provide the solutions of incidents such as the recovery of services and infrastructure of managed environments, allowing low downtimes to be achieved
• Write and update the cloud platform documentation, including, but not limited to, configurations, equipment used, available environments, and user manuals for each service
• Operationally support the creation of proofs of concept (PoC) and production servers on managed platforms
• Work on use cases required for Self-Healing integrated with APM ID’s.
• Generate self-provisioning automations (on Prem and Cloud) respecting the automation practices.
