Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) environments
2. Handle Azure administration including monitoring, performance tuning, and access controls
3. Implement and manage Azure Active Directory, RBAC, ACLs, and Key Vault
4. Configure and monitor Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for proactive issue resolution
5. Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices across platforms
6. Use SQL for data validation, investigation, and troubleshooting
7. Collaborate with data engineering and business teams for smooth platform operations

Requirements

1. Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)
2. Solid background in Azure administration and monitoring tools
3. Expertise in Azure AD, RBAC, ACLs, Key Vault, and CI/CD pipelines
4. Working knowledge of Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
5. Strong understanding of data security and governance concepts
6. Good command over SQL for validation and troubleshooting
7. Overall experience of 58 years in Azure/data platform roles

Good to Have

1. Exposure to Azure Synapse / Databricks / Azure Data Factory
2. Working knowledge of Python and Big Data concepts
3. Prior client-facing or consulting experience
