Role Description
This is a 6-month, full-time on-site internship for a Cloud Account Manager - Intern at Sanrish Technologies in Noida, India, with a defined pathway to full-time Cloud Account Manager conversion upon successful completion. You will serve as the primary consultative voice between our AWS cloud solutions and enterprise stakeholders, apprenticing in sophisticated relationship management while driving digital transformation through compelling business communication.
As a Cloud Account Manager - Intern, you will engage with C-level executives and technical leaders via calls, emails, and digital platforms to uncover complex business requirements and architect tailored cloud strategies. This role is designed as an intensive grooming program: you will master the art of translating technical capabilities into clear business value, nurture qualified leads through consultative conversations, and orchestrate seamless collaboration between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams. Over six months, you will develop the executive presence, strategic account planning skills, and verbal finesse necessary to transition into a full-time Account Manager role responsible for portfolio growth and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct sophisticated stakeholder outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage startup and SMB decision-makers, practicing the relationship initiation skills foundational to account management
Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover complex client requirements and co-articulate tailored cloud agnostic solutions (cloud setups, migrations, cost optimization) with clarity, preparing for future account ownership
Generate and nurture qualified opportunities by building immediate rapport and establishing credibility through polished, professional communication, core competencies for managing long-term client portfolios
Maintain meticulous CRM documentation with detailed contextual narratives that demonstrate pipeline management discipline and account intelligence gathering
Orchestrate seamless collaboration between external stakeholders and internal technical teams, shadowing and contributing to the account coordination responsibilities of a full-time Cloud Account Manager
Follow up on event-generated leads, cloud campaigns, and referrals with strategic persistence, learning the relationship cadence required for enterprise account retention
Develop expertise in AWS services and market trends to effectively demystify technical concepts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor capable of managing complex cloud accounts independently
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt messaging from technical deep-dives to executive-level business narratives
Demonstrated stakeholder management acumen and executive presence in client-facing or cross-functional environments
Strong consultative sales mindset with active listening skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling, accessible language
MBA (Sales & Marketing) or B.Tech from Tier 1/Tier 2 engineering institutions preferred; equivalent Business/IT degrees considered with proven sales or client management track record
Knowledge of cloud computing, APIs, and digital transformation with the ability to articulate technical value to diverse audiences
Collaborative approach to working with technical and sales teams, coupled with a target-driven mindset and appetite for learning account management methodologies
1-2 years experience in cloud services sales or account coordination is a plus; freshers with exceptional communication pedigree and relationship-building capabilities are encouraged to apply
