This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager Secondary Market, located in Mumbai. The Closing Manager will oversee the closing process to ensure smooth and compliant transactions. Key responsibilities include managing the funding process, assisting with mortgage-related documentation, and ensuring proper execution of closing procedures. The role requires close collaboration with teams responsible for loans, sales, and mortgage lending to achieve high-quality customer experiences and results.

• Strong knowledge of Closings and Funding to ensure timely and accurate transaction management
• Experience with Loans and Mortgage Lending processes
• Solid understanding of Sales strategies in the financial and real estate sectors
• Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent client service
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using relevant financial and document management tools
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in the secondary mortgage market or real estate industry is advantageous
